  • It can be stored in the press, avoid direct sunlight. 

    Rayu is best eaten after a bit of time in the jar to mature for about a week, so check the creation date.

    Once opened, the recommendation is to consume within 2 months, and store in the fridge or in a cool dark press. 

  • Contains: Sunflower Oil, Sesame Oil, Almonds, Garlic, Onions, Dried Chilly, Sesame Seeds, Flavourings, salt

    Allergens: Nuts, Sesame Seeds, Soybeans, Fish

  • Rayu is truly versatile, but we recommend drizzling some on scrambled eggs, poached eggs, avocado salad, ramen, gyoza, or a plain bowl of rice. 

  • We do our best to source locally and find ways that minimise our environmental footprint. Our packaging is plastic free, and we use recycled paper. We are hoping to establish a bring-your-container shopfront someday, so stay tuned.

Hello, and thank you for being here. 

Born from the humble beginnings of a small apartment kitchen in Dublin,

Momo's Rayu is a heartfelt tribute to my Japanese roots. 

Japanese food is part of my being, and sharing it keeps me connected.

Rayu is one of those must-haves in the modern Japanese kitchen, 

celebrated for its intricate layers of flavour.

Umami, depth, boldness, complexity - it has it all. 

Each jar is packed with garlicky heat, a symphony of spices,

and a rich, textured fragrance.
